This building was on a recent "House Hunters." A young couple was bargain hunting in Uptown. House Hunters always presents three places. The other two were at Racine & Leland (the building with Borders) and Sheridan & Leland. The couple chose the place on Sheridan

I'm surprised that Shiller did not take out "Move Back to Lincoln Park" ad time to protest gentrifiers coming to Uptown.
